All cancellations and/or changes to reservations must be made via e-mail

• Cancellation up 7 days before the excursions, refund the payment
• Cancellation up to 3 days before the excursions, refund the 50% of the payment
• Cancellation up to 2 days before the excursion no refund
• No show: we keep the deposit / debit of the total amount from the card

In case of adverse marine conditions not sufficient to guarantee safety on board (at the discretion of the Captain or the Company), you will be fully reimbursed or, alternatively, you will have the possibility to reschedule the excursion. In case of problems with the boat, to guarantee the service, we will give a boat of equal or better capacity, under the same conditions and without any refund.
